✦ squircle's read

4 of 5 pillars clear — security, compliance, demand, and ops are green. The one that needs your judgment is market integrity: the top-10 wallets hold 71% of supply, 3 of them cluster to the foundation treasury (~38% combined), an 18% cliff unlocks in 14 days, and 62% of trailing-24h DEX volume is self-traded between 4 addresses. Three independent signals corroborate — this isn't the usual 41% false positive.

Listing as-is risks a day-1 dump that hurts users and could force a delisting later. I won't make this call — the commercial upside (4,100 waiting users, committee tomorrow) against integrity risk is yours. My recommendation: hold and ask for two things. Your call is in the decision bar below ↓

Hold requested. I asked the Nova Foundation to disclose the 3 clustered wallets and convert the 14-day cliff to a ≥6-month linear vest, plus a market-making plan. They have a 48h window. The committee meets tomorrow — one move left to keep them in the loop ↓

Committee briefed, hold is on record, and the Foundation has been asked. They've just responded — review the new terms below ↓

Disclosure received (Salesforce case + signed attestation). The Foundation disclosed the 3 wallets as treasury (multisig, addresses attested) and agreed to a 6-month linear vest in place of the cliff, effective on listing, with a MM commitment. I re-ran the screen: day-1 unlockable supply drops from 18% to ~0.7% and the concentration is now disclosed + locked. The integrity flag is resolvable. Recommendation: list with a surveillance watch ↓

Listed with conditions. The vest contract is verified on-chain, a surveillance watch is armed on the 3 treasury wallets, and initial position limits are capped for 30 days. The committee record and Aaron are updated. Nothing here needs you now.

Listed — with the integrity flag overridden on your record. I did not obtain a disclosure or a vest change, so I've armed a surveillance watch on the 3 wallets, capped initial limits, and flagged the open concentration risk to the committee. Reversible if the screen worsens.

Rejected. The reason (unresolved concentration + imminent cliff unlock) is logged to the committee record, the Salesforce project is updated, and a notice to the Nova Foundation is drafted for your sign-off. No listing or watch was created.
